Legal costs accrued for any investigation, examination, or other hearing and attendance at any inquiry, including Coronial Inquests and Royal Commissions. This cover does not extend to Commercial and Contractual disputes

Employment Practices Liability

Liability for damages and legal costs incurred due to Employment Practices, i.e. wrongful termination, failure to promote, refusal to employ, demotion, harassment (including invasion of privacy), unlawful bullying etc.
