TCIS in conjunction with the Transport Workers Union Qld Branch has tailored made liability Insurance especially taking into account the needs of their members

Public Liability insurance is only required by self employed contract members of the Transport Workers Union of Australia Qld Branch.

The policy covers your legal liability for injury to members of the public and or damage to their property arising in the course of operating your business as an owner driver.

It does not cover any liability arising from the actual use of your vehicle as such cover is picked up by either your compulsory third party insurance or your motor vehicle property damage policy.

Delivery if goods away from your vehicle is where this policy provides protection.

Most principals insist owner drivers or subcontractors have a current public liability policy.

Limit of liability $ 10,000,000

Excess $ 500
